With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the staffing industry, Frank brings a first-hand understanding to his role as Director of Recruitment. Responsible for overall recruiting operations, including hiring and training new recruitment staff, Frank combines industry insight, creative solutions, and proven processes to ensure GHR has the perfect candidate for every client need.

Nikkole is a results-driven Sales Director with over 20 years of Staffing industry experience. With a proven record in managing large national accounts and strategic partner relationships, she focuses on developing teams to support service delivery requirements to meet the staffing needs and workforce challenges of our clients. She is a team player focused on exceeding client expectations and translating vision into meaningful action. 

With a BS degree in Health Information Management, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management with her MBA in Healthcare Administration, an RHIA, CCS, and ICD-10-CM/PCS Train the Trainer from AHIMA, and over ten years as an adjunct professor teaching coding and reimbursement, Meredith brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to her position as Director of Coding Compliance. She has spent her career coding for every type of hospital from Level I Trauma health systems to rural health and puts that experience to work every day for our clients.
